UNIFORMED SECURITY OFFICERS

Uniformed security officers Unarmed and Armed security officers are given either a professional dress uniform or a tactical uniform, depending on the client’s needs. This versatility enables the guard to best fit in with his/her environment, and have an inconspicuous presence when necessary.

DETERRENCE

The presence of a uniformed security officer provides a substantial deterrent to criminal and inappropriate activity at the location of assignment.

A uniformed security officer observes activity, reports any criminal or inappropriate activity to the proper authority, and documents all pertinent information at the job site.

SAFETY

A uniformed security officer enforces safety policies, takes action against safety hazards, ensures that property safety equipment is accounted for, and takes appropriate action in the event of an emergency.

MOBILE PATROL

AGS PROVIDES MOBILE PATROL 24/7 IN OUR SERVICE AREAS

All patrol vehicles are driven by an armed guard. In order to qualify, our guards must be CPR/First aid certified, have two years of experience in the security field, and have the appropriate mace, baton, and exposed weapons permit. Guards must have their DMV report evaluated and pass a report writing test, physical test, and a level II background check, AGS Drivers are among the best trained in the industry.

MOBILE PATROL SERVICES PROVIDED:

  • Checking exterior doors, windows, entrances, & automatic gates
  • Checking on late night employees to ensure their safety.
  • Checking for safety hazards in the property.
  • Checking for vagrants & trespassers & removing them from the property.

OFF DUTY POLICE OFFICERS | EXECUTIVE PROTECTION

In today’s economy, as morale is lowered crime levels rise. Many businesses, especially with high value office equipment, become an easy target for criminals due to the lack of investment in proper site surveillance. Many times, a simple installation of a camera internally and/or externally may deter and aid in discouraging such acts. Assigning a designated person to monitor the video surveillance feed reinforces the effectiveness when attempting to prevent crimes.
American Guard Services, Inc. provides and installs high-end custom-built DVR systems and a large selection of covert and exposed digital cameras for a variety of applications from private residences to banks, casinos, airports, military installations and convenience stores – all at very affordable prices. AGS, Inc. also provides 24 Hr. monitoring, maintenance, service and support contracts for new and existing systems. You will be able to view live video, search previously recorded video and backup for later review. Our Security Camera Systems with 4, 8, or 16 security cameras will record using motion detection technology onto an internal hard drive. It exceeds the capabilities of old time-lapse VCR’s, multiplexors and analog switchers.
